Meet Nazmi and Nazim, who are adorable twin brothers that MYMCA first met as mentees. They are an energetic pair always filled with laughter and smiles, and have stepped out of their comfort zones to perform not once, but twice during our fundraising events! Their stage presence has captured the hearts of many.

Nazmi shared: “My experience with MYMCA has been fruitful. I have learned a lot about myself from the programmes that MYMCA has provided like GLOW training program, performances and even fun games to try out. I’ve grown a lot since Sec 3 and have now learnt to be patient with people and understand that there are always 2 POVs to every argument. MYMCA also made me feel even more confident about my skills in planning events as they taught us how to plan for sec 1s GLOW programme. In addition, I also find that MYMCA has fun events as well like Christmas events which I got to attend as I was performing. It was very educational and had a blast with friends. In conclusion, MYMCA has made a huge impact in my everyday life.”

    As part of a strong international YMCA network, M.Y Global aims to create meaningful platforms to engage, equip and empower youths through cross-borders experiences for rich exchanges and gain appreciation of diverse cultures for positive community transformation.

  • M.Y Mentoring (School & Community)

    M.Y Mentoring is a tailor-made experiential learning programme in schools and communities. The outreach focuses on providing a safe and nurturing space for youths to share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings with trained older mentors. Young people will be equipped in mental wellness, character development and community service to confidently navigate life transitions.

  • M.Y Internship

    M.Y Internship adopts a strong and intentional approach to equip and empower youths through providing a holistic professional internship and career counseling experience. Youth interns will be mentored in both personal and professional areas to scale new heights as they enter the working world in this 21st Century.

  • M.Y Mindspace

    M.Y Mindspace seeks to intentionally engage youths going through different life transition stages to be prepared in this volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world through one-to-one and small group mentoring sessions and accessibility to resources
